Alexandra Everhart Sickler is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where her scholarship focuses on consumer finance regulation and consumer bankruptcy law. Before that, Ms. Sickler was a trial attorney in the Office of General Counsel of the Executive Office of U.S. Trustees in the U.S. Department of Justice.

Sarah Johnson Auchterlonie is a partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP and an Adjunct Professor  at the University of Denver School of Law. Previously, she managed CFPB enforcement attorneys as an Acting Deputy Enforcement Director. She oversaw scores of CFPB enforcement, supervision, and litigation matters, including the CFPB’s first administrative adjudication, Matter of PHH, et. al.
